Riseria Cremonesi (Cremonesi’s Rice-Factory) was established in 1951 by Egidio Cemonesi, who came from a family of millers with a tradition dating back to the twenties.
The firm, situated since ever in Bovolone, in Verona’s southern plain, an area that can boast a deep-rooted vocation in the production of a top-quality rice: the Vialone Nano, a product which is particularly fitted for preparing “risotto”.
The firm keeps on maintaining its family-management, handing on from generation to generation a deeply specialised knowledge of the product that only a few in Italy can boast.
Riseria Cremonesi is a growing reality, as demonstrated by the enlarging of the productive soil, increased in the
last years to 35,000 square meters, and as shown by the continuous investments in technological innovation and quality improvement.
